Steam Kebab Recipe By Chef Zakir:

This great Latest formula of Steam Kebab can be prepared in roughly 30 Minutes and great to serve around 2-4 People. Take after every one of the means prescribed by Chef to get an immaculate dish.


  1. Mince ½ kg
  2. Onion 1
  3. Ginger 1 piece
  4. Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  5. Coriander leaves¼ cluster
  6. Green chilies 6
  7. Crushed dark pepper 1 tbsp
  8. Salt
  9. Oil 4 tbsp


  1. In chopper set up together ½ kg mince 1 hacked onion, 1 bit of ginger, 2 tbsp garlic glue, ¼ pack of coriander leaves, 6 green chilies, 1 tbsp pulverized dark pepper, salt to taste and chopper finely.
  2. Expel blend in a bowl.
  3. Presently oils your hands with a little oil, make little kebabs with the blend.
  4. Shallow sear with 3 – 4 tbsp oil. At that point put the broiled kebab in steamer. Cover and cook for 10 – 12 minutes.
  5. Enhancement with ginger julienne and coriander clears out.
  6. Present with chutney.
